Member is responsible for sending a copy of all purchases to Farouk Systems. Each copy must be legible, and dated within the past 12 months. Each copy must be noted with which products (Farouk only) you are requesting credit for. Any account that has not been active within 18 months may be deleted, without notice, and at our full discretion. If there is any abuse of the Program, failure to follow Program terms, or any misrepresentation by you, all remaining balances shall be forfeited and the account will be closed. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke participation in the Program for any reason whatsoever. The Program and benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to alter or waive any part of this Program or benefit prospectively or retroactively, including, without limitation, balance accrual, or to cancel or temporarily suspend the Program at any time without prior notice.
